Kankakee County Community Services Inc. Scholarship Program provides money to low income, at risk individuals of high-academic attainment or potential, with a preference given to applicants of racial or ethnic minorities. Each year applicants throughout Kankakee County submit applications to receive assistance to attend a College of their choice in the State of Illinois.
